Shoufa Group (Beijing Capital Highway Development Group Co., Ltd.) is a state-owned enterprise under the transportation sector, responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance management of Beijing’s expressways. Its jurisdiction covers major arterial routes such as the Jingzang, Jing’ao, and Airport Expressways, totaling 800 kilometers in length and covering an operational area of 26.15 million square meters. Winter snow removal and traffic clearance represent one of Shoufa Group’s most critical annual maintenance tasks—ensuring these “transportation arteries” remain clear and safe after snowfall requires immense effort and adherence to extremely stringent standards.
